Why should be bond to the society standards? Do all Japanese have a standard of cleanliness?

The goddess of sales, Hayami, is known to be able to sell and understand the household necessities for every customer. No, this is not a fantasy style drama. The name goddess of sales is given by the characters in the drama “Mr.Bride”. Hayami is the expert in the household sales department at the company she works in. Her Motto is Tidiness, dependability and satisfaction.
However, Hayami has a dark secret. She has a chaotic home. She doesn’t clean anything. The public image she gives others, it’s not the reality at home. Even her food is expired.
In contrast, we also have a Yamamoto. He was raised by his brothers and all learned early that they needed to be the ones to do everything at home. Hayami, Yamamoto senior and mentor at work, is his idol.
One day , Hayami starts to question Yamamoto about the ideal wife stereotype and why is the wife or woman expected to do the housework. Yamamoto doesn’t agree with the stereotype much but helps and reveals that his brother taught him that it was important to cook and clean.
Yamamoto’s dream ends when he breaks down upon entering Hayami house for the first time. After a conversation, they decide to create a partnership to assist one another with their life goals.
