Creepy Nuts‘ “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” topped the 2024 Billboard JAPAN “Hot 100” chart and achieved 12 wins, including the “Global Japan Songs Excl. Japan.” Released on January 7, 2024, it has been the opening theme for the anime “Mashle” and topped the weekly chart for 13 consecutive weeks, totalling 19 weeks. The song ranked first in downloads, streaming, radio, and videos and second in karaoke, dominating multiple charts such as “Download Songs” and “Hot Animation” in 2024.
Securing the second position is tuki.‘s “Bansanka.” Released on September 29th as his debut digital single, tuki. was just a junior high school student at that time. The track made its entry onto the JAPAN Hot 100 on October 11th, debuting at 14th place. Since then, it has consistently gained traction, primarily through streaming, ultimately reaching the number one spot on the chart released on January 24th, 2024. Impressively, it has maintained a spot in the top 25 for 52 consecutive weeks over the past year.
In third place is Omoinotake‘s “Ikuoku Kounen.” This theme song for the drama “Eye Love You” was released on January 24th and first appeared at 98th on the JAPAN Hot 100 on January 31st. As the drama progressed, the song steadily climbed the ranks from 13th to 13th, then to 8th, and finally to 7th. It achieved 2nd place for two consecutive weeks in the charts published on April 3rd and 10th.

Tuki (stylized as tuki.) is a Japanese singer-songwriter who debuted with “Bansanka” in September 2023, achieving significant success by topping the Billboard Japan Hot 100 in January 2024 as the youngest artist with over 100 million streaming views. She began playing guitar at 13 and gained popularity on TikTok before her official debut.
